Shipping is free if you’re from the Philippines. Please expect a 3-7 day delivery time for your order to arrive. If you can’t wait a few days for your goods to arrive, we offer a Same-Day/Next-Day delivery service for Metro Manila as well.

Exchanges and returns will be done through the same delivery method originally chosen. Fees may apply for returns or exchanges that do not go through the same delivery methods of the original order.

We send items out within 24hrs of order receipt and payment verification for our Standard Shipping service.

We send items out within the day according to agreed schedule for our Same-Day Delivery service if ordered before 8pm, the next day if after 8pm. 

We do not send items out on the weekends. Weekend orders will be sent out first thing Monday.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your order via the courier's website.

We stand by our products and know these are the best you can get. If for any reason you feel they are not up to your standards, or probably ordered a size too small, feel free to return them for a refund or exchange on us. Yes free of charge! As long as you return the goods in the condition we sent them, along with all the tags and packaging, we're good.
If for any reason we find blemishes or flaws, or if they were returned for same reason, we will have to inspect the goods and determine the cause before a refund or exchange can hapen. We know you understand. 
If we sent you the wrong item, of course by mistake, just let us know. 
Upon completion of the inspection process, we will contact you by phone and email to advise you of the results of your claim  
If your claim is approved, we will issue you eirher a product replacement, a full refund, or store credit depending on the conditions. In case of approved returns or exchanges, we will contact you for scheduling of item pickup for returns, and delivery of replacement in case of exchange.
Product replacement or refund will be delivered to you within 5 working days from the time we recieve the item. 
The following WILL NOT be accepted
  • Products that show excessive wear, misuse or alteration.
  • Products that do not have an accompanying dated sales invoice.
  • Samples, or Promotional products.
  • Product with the labels removed.
