We've made some Personal Effect Bag which used to be supplied by US ARMY from the 60's.
Personal Effect bags were used to keep some valuables, toiletries or some personal stuffs. The vintage one TCB owns has a stencil telling "US Army Medical Corps" so people must have put some bandage or medicines too.
Going true to the original, these bags have a separation inside that is waterproof. So, putting your towel in one side and some cold-water bottle in the water-proof side is totally fine. It might be good to use these bags as a training gym buddy, putting change clothes and sweated towel together or something. Each color variation is totally washable too.
In the order of the picture, the color variation goes
Olive Back Sateen, Beige Back Sateen, Linen Denim, Pin Check, and Wool Hickory Stripe, in total 5 colors.
■Fabric
1:Back Sateen Olive or Beige
Sulfur-died back sateen fabric so it can fade like denim. You can expect some puckering on the lap seam parts as well. Not sure people would enjoy the fades on these small draw-string bags though!
It looks like a normal cotton fabric but it's made of 100% wool
The bags themselves are for work/military purpose but have some luxurious feeling.
